Hi! I’m Daryl Avery.
I’m the founder of New England Paradigm and nerd of all things marketing. I make sure everything we do at NEP from strategy to implementation has intention focusing on the marketing that matters to that specific company. When we work with a client, we really do "bleed" their brand. We take time to learn where it has been, understand its capabilities, and create a path for growth and success. Getting to know their business as if it is our own allows us to become a trusted partner.
Through my 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, and strategic partnerships spanning from startups and family-owned businesses to regional, national, and even global brands, I recognized that there was a growing need for a part-time marketing executive within a revenue-driven business. They either needed a strategic role to manage the initiatives for their internal team and marketing partners, or they needed an outsourced marketing team with an entry-level overhead. In wanting to satisfy this challenge, I created New England Paradigm and have supported dozens of businesses in growing their brands, creating and implementing their marketing strategy, and synchronizing marketing to revenue through personalized, cost-effective solutions.
I noticed a common denominator across all businesses throughout my career—a significant amount of time was spent developing the marketing foundation, brand awareness, best practice generation, and campaign strategies that supported business initiatives and revenue growth. I became known for my strategic marketing approach that bridged the gap between marketing, sales, and leadership. Over time, NEP created a proven revenue-driven marketing system: Strategize. Implement. Analyze. Repeat. This has become one of our core beliefs.
