We will explore our signature approach to strategic marketing, developed after spending 15+ years in marketing, branding, and communications with regional to global brands, and working with dozens of businesses to create and connect your marketing strategy to your business goals. By the end of this four-week program, you will have accomplished the following and more:

Build a Brand Guide: From learning the difference between a logo and a brand, to understanding a tagline versus a descriptor.
Construct a 90-180 day roadmap with monthly milestones.
Determine your brand touchpoints and what platforms need to be built and optimized.
Understand your target profile, develop content categories, and key messages.
Week 2
Build the marketing platforms and brand touchpoints that compliment the customer journey.
Create a content strategy with key messages around the like, know, trust model.
Learn marketing platform best practices and understand where you should be based on your target profile.
Week 3
Identify and measure key components relevant to your business and its campaigns.
Create a monthly scorecard to consistently improve and pivot to the environment and customer needs.
Week 4
Create marketing automation through processes and best practices that support business growth, consistency, and operational efficiencies.
Set up call-to-action campaigns.
