Strategy Sessions
Strategy Sessions for Entrepreneurs, Board of Directors/Leadership, Marketing Teams, and Sales Organizations.
The Strategy Session is focused on auditing through a business review and advising through strategic, high-level planning. We take time to do a baseline collection and then create a personalized strategy in a 90-day roadmap for you and/or your team to implement month-by-month. The plan includes building platforms, putting systems in place, and implementing or optimizing brand touchpoints to reach your audience.
The Process of the Strategy Session
After meeting with you and/or your team to discuss current and upcoming initiatives, target profiles, company baselines, etc., we create a strategic plan with action-oriented goals, push-off points, and the opportunities to reflect and continuously improve.
We carry out:
Two virtual two-hour sessions, or one four-hour in-person session to review your business and priorities.
New England Paradigm creates a personalized 90-day plan with strategic recommendations and implementations.
A virtual one-hour session to review your personalized strategy document.
This can be a one-time process to create a baseline and standard for planning, or it can be a process that is done every 90 days.
